Hi, I’m Mihai! I’m a dedicated Mathematics teacher and tutor with experience teaching students from KS3 through to A Level, including GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, IB Mathematics and university admissions preparation (TMUA, MAT and Oxbridge interviews). My teaching style focuses on building genuine understanding rather than memorising methods. I break down difficult mathematical ideas into clear, manageable steps and help students develop the confidence to tackle unfamiliar problems independently. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student’s goals, whether that’s improving confidence, achieving top grades, preparing for exams, or securing a place at a competitive university. I provide structured lessons, detailed feedback, exam techniques and personalised resources to ensure students continue making progress outside our sessions. I believe that every student can succeed in mathematics with the right support, patience and approach. My aim is not only to improve grades but also to help students enjoy the subject and reach their full potential.
